Hi, I'm Sarah... and I've been where you are!

In 2017, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I was exhausted, in pain, and constantly running on empty.
​
Like so many people, I was told to manage my symptoms and accept that this was probably just how life was going to be.
​
So after a few years of taking the meds and allowing the diagnosis to become my identity, I woke up one day and decided NO - This was not going to be the rest of my life. And instead, I got curious.
​
I started reading. Learning. Joining the dots between neuroscience, chronic stress, the nervous system, psychology, music, movement... and my own lived experience.
​
The more I learnt, the more things started to make sense.
And the more I implemented what I'd learnt, the better I felt.
​
Mind Body Rhythm wasn't created because I set out to start a business.
​
It was born from a simple question:
"What if we've been looking at stress and the body all wrong?"
​
Today, I combine everything I've learnt through science, professional training, and years of asking questions, joining dots, and refusing to accept 'that's just how it is' as the final answer, to help other people understand their bodies in a way I wish someone had explained to me years ago.
​
No BS wellness fluff.
No impossible morning routines.
Just practical tools (and a bloody good playlist) that actually fit into real life.


Why music?
Because before we had language, we had rhythm.
​
Before our embryonic selves had a functioning conscious brain, we had a pulse.
And long before we understood cortisol or dopamine, humans were gathering around music and movement to celebrate, grieve, connect and support one another.
​
Modern neuroscience is now finally catching up, so maybe our ancestors were onto something!
I'm not about surface-level wellness.
I'm not here to sell you a quick fix, a magic supplement, or the latest wellness trend. Because that's not how lasting change happens.
First, we recognise what's really going on - understanding how chronic stress has shaped your brain, body and behaviour.
Then we reconnect with ourselves through music, movement, education and human connection, creating the conditions for change.
And over time, we regulate. Not because we've "fixed" ourselves, but because we've built a nervous system that's more flexible, more resilient, and better equipped for real life.
That's the Rhythm Reset Method.
